The PowerAir Zip is a non-fleece option for a pullover zip up. PowerAir works by retaining heat in little pockets in the fabric with a more tightly woven outer layer. 
 
This Zip up is more durable than your typical fleece, but retains all the benifits of a stretch fabric. This layer is more comparable to a softshell jacket than it is to a fleece.
